Intellicentrics is likely the worst possible company possible. IF you care at all about the vendor- you wont use intellicentrics. I have literally sent them the same test result 5 times, and ended up having to call in order to have them "receive " it correctly. Not the first time I have had to call them. Use ANYONE but these guys.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. After purchasing a 10-panel drug screen, I was transferred to their third-party vendor to schedule the test, only to find out there are no testing locations anywhere near me. I checked the map on the IntelliCentrics website before purchasing, but of course, it didn’t work properly. When I called to explain that the service I paid for can’t even be provided in my area, I was told there is a strict no-refund policy, and they would not return my $70. Charging customers for a service you can’t actually provide is unacceptable. This feels like a complete scam. This company should absolutely be reported to the BBB.

Used to be okay and now absolute garbage with the “Symplr” merge. Been forced to use them for 5 years now and now all of a sudden my companies general liability insurance etc isn’t good because of a wrong address that has been the same for 5 years with zero problems. Total scam

100% garbage - they do not read anything you send them. Every document we sent to this company was on point and they highlighted MISSING documents that were right there in the attachments. Laziest employees ever - we are in the process of drawing up legal action against this company as their incompetency has cost us considerable time and funds.

The cost has nearly doubled since last year, to over $600 a year, including taxes. The customer service is quick, but never helpful. They don't offer payment plans to help you with the cost, and if you're late, they charge an additional $150 and wipe away all of your credentials. Requiring you to basically start over if you didn't save any of your previous records. Never in my nearly 15 years of working in healthcare have I seen anything like this from a credentialing company.
