Had Formstack for 10+ years paying annually. Contacted Support several months prior to my renewal to inquire about a simple BAA. The Support person priced me out immediately and I advised I wanted my account non-renewed. Sure enough, Formstack drafted the entire renewal amount last Friday evening (conveniently past Customer Service hours until Monday). I still left an immediate Service Request. On Monday an email with just a first name and no other contact information with a link to their Terms and Conditions. No refund even though I acted immediately. I'm stuck for another year with a subscription I simply can no longer use in my business.

My company has used Formstack for over 10 years. Their customer support was top notch - quick, knowledgeable, and human. Something changed last year. In four weeks, my company was assigned to 3 different account managers, and this year it appears we don't have one at all. There was a major update earlier this year that seems to have caused major problems for our most important forms. They haven't worked for 5 days and customer support hasn't responded to support tickets for 4 days. There is no way to escalate requests, I can't get past the chat bot, there are no direct email addresses for communication, and no phone numbers that work. As a result, we are moving to a new solution, but that doesn't help solve the mess we have now.

Purchased a bundled package after confirming that they integrated with infusionsoft. Was told after a month of set up with the concierge services that in fact, it was not integrated and I would have to pay more to receive a custom built integration despite their website indicating they are integrated, the salesperson who I spoke with at length and the person helping me set up my account. Between everyone I communicated with at Formstack, there was a great misunderstanding at the level INfusionsoft integrates and they acknowledged they also thought that it was a full integration, just as they use with salesforce. Although I had initially had a pleasant experience and would have very much liked to use their product to replace several of my other products, after requesting a refund, they did not produce the refund but instead tried to get me to pay for additional custom built solutions. I declined asking for a refund again and was never given it. I am disappointed because I had hoped to reconnect in the future if this integration became a part of their services but misleading me into spending over $2k for a product and set up then to never tell me that what they promised me was not accurate and wait for me to request a cancellation and refund then never giving me the refund is not representative of a company I wish to do business with.

SCAM!!! I needed my BC quick and this company promoted such a service. I’m currently over a week out of when I requested the forms being sent to apply for my BC and still have not received them. I submitted a request for a full refund based on that they have not even provided documentation but also faulsly advertised their expeditious intentions. They are refusing to refund my $70 but I will not digress until I get my money back. Anyone who has posted a positive experience is either lucky or an employee of the company because I can say with every bit of integrity I have as a USN Vet that these people are thieves and do not care about their quality of service. Use Vital Records or you will get nothing but scammed

Not a bad product but NO customer service. I asked a question about how to implement new PCI compliant credit card field during a webinar but was ignored. At the end of webinar, they stated they would follow up on all unanswered questions but that never happened. I tried to contact them but can't find a phone number. I submitted a customer service request ticket several hours ago and got an email about prioritizing urgent needs. I guess I just have to wait and hope eventually someone will contact me. Very frustrating.
