Clocking in and out is effortless, and the geo‑fencing feature adds a layer of accountability by preventing off‑site clock‑ins or forgotten clock‑outs when using the mobile app. Shift management is one of my favorite parts—employees can see available shifts, pick them up instantly, and the system helps keep everyone under overtime limits. They can also call out directly through the app, which keeps communication organized and eliminates confusion. From an employer standpoint, Connecteam is full‑featured without being complicated. From an employee standpoint, it’s intuitive and easy to use. There are so many helpful tools packed into this platform that it truly makes a small company feel like a large, well‑organized operation. Highly recommend for any business looking for a reliable, user‑friendly workforce management solution.

I've been using Connecteam for over three years, and it has saved me an incredible amount of time managing my business. Before choosing Connecteam, I researched and tested 42 other scheduling and management platforms (yes I counted and that number is real), but nothing came close to offering the right balance of features and simplicity. One of the biggest problems I found with other softwares was that it was overly complex and difficult to implement. Connecteam does an excellent job of providing powerful tools while keeping the user experience simple and intuitive. It has everything I need without feeling overwhelming. I also appreciate that Connecteam is constantly evolving and adding new features. Their feature roadmap is one of my favorite aspects of the platform because it allows users to vote on and provide input for future improvements. It really feels like they listen to their customers and build the software around what users actually need. The support team has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. The only feature I would love to see added is automated client reminders. If Connecteam offered client reminders, it would truly make the platform perfect for my business needs. Overall, Connecteam has been a game-changer for my business, and I don't see myself switching to another software anytime soon. Highly recommended for any business owner looking for an easy-to-use yet powerful scheduling and workforce management solution.

Our company has been using Connecteam's Small Business Plan for about a year now and we are excited with how seamlessly it has integrated with our work processes. We have both onsite and offsite employees, so we are using both the app version for devices and the desktop version for in-house. Both versions are incredibly user friendly and the live chat feature has been an extremely helpful resource for all of our questions. If we ever need to talk to a live person real time, we just schedule the meeting...but, the features within the platform itself are set-up so well, with training videos we haven't really needed to reach out to a live person except during initial set-up when we were discussing our goals and how we could use Connecteam to streamline our processes. We have multigenerational employees with varying levels of tech-knowledge, some more apt to learn than others and so far everyone has been positive, some even relieved at how easy Connecteam has made the transition for us. We are excited to continue our growth journey with Connecteam and add more of it's features as our company continues to develop and grow.
