Their approach and business practices raised serious concerns for me. In my experience they lacked transparency. I would not recommend.

contradictory interview process; receives lots of contrary advice throughout interviews; local Starr representative said hired a female but she suddenly quit; I'm not allowed to quit so continue to hire wrong demographics; I won't believe local representatives Starr\Dillon anymore; long winded telephone call with same Starr representative about job descriptions and personal lifestyles; throughout the interview Dillon and another representative we're trying to sell different job postings; if this is the way they treat their perspective employees then let's not apply; since then there's been multiple patient patient access

I don't think anyone really loves dealing with healthcare billing. But my experience was as good as I could expect it to be. I was able to easily work through my issues and get my bills taken care of.

Had a video conference setup via Google teams and they cancelled 1/2 hour before our scheduled meeting. They provided no reason or another opportunity to reschedule. No response to my email. Not sure why they had sent me a video link in the first place. The reviews must be true. Don't deal with this company in any way. Extremely unprofessional.
