I feel like I just got scammed into calling, even though I know everyone is just doing their job in a dysfunctional (putting it nicely) system. Our kid was sick and the advice nurse recommended seeing a doctor just to make sure everything was ok. We recently moved and don’t have a pediatrician yet so we thought we’d use the virtual system instead of urgent care. Well I’m now $88 poorer (despite this being “offered by my insurance”) and the doctor asked fewer questions to give us an abbreviated version of the exact advice the nurse gave. TLDR there is no value to this service if you have access to a nurse call line. Also another symptom of the shockingly bad healthcare system in the US. I just unlocked a new way to feel bad about everything, including my child’s future, thanks to this company.

Had an appt for my teen who we suspected had strep. Dr asked lots of questions and offered no palative care or treatment ideas. Simply told us to call back if fever goes higher. Immediately after we went to an in person clinic, my kid got swabbed and diagnosed with strep. Now we have a script for antibiotics and two doctor bills.

My insurance through my job offers this service. I signed up for the app. The app can’t add my insurance information. No provider called me at my scheduled appointment. This company is a joke.

Downloaded the app recommended by my insurance company. The wait time for their “on-call” doctor to call me was ridiculous. Do not recommend using app for virtual urgent care services.

I had horrible experience with this company. I would never go for any of their health related service. Recently i had consulted them whether they accept Optum EAP insurance for the service they provide. Response was positive. I took their service. When it was time for accept the EAP payment they denied saying the EAP code not working..also they can't communicate with my insurance company. They can't help me. Such an frustrating experience. Negative Rating for them.
