I basically dealt with 5 of they're employees today and all of them were very professional. They even allowed me to take care of my vehicle situation 2 hours in advance of my scheduled appointment. Even though they were busy.
The experience seemed great at first, but once I got home I realized items were missing from my car. That was very disappointing and felt unprofessional. After reading other reviews, it appears this has happened to others as well. I would advise being cautious.
The dragged my trash bag of belongings and scratched sleep apnea machine which cost a lot of money and left a dent. Stole my water bottle. Throw away all my dead sister’s belongings I kept in the car. Acted very sus and wouldn’t give me my id until I signed the paperwork. At this point from all the other reviews I don’t want my car back. I don’t know what they’ve done to it. Didn’t return my steering wheel cover. I’ve called and complained and no ones called back.
I got my car towed here for nonpayment and when I went to gather my things I was not allowed to see my car or even gather my things myself. The guy who helped me when I got there simply said I’m just not allowed on the lot so I sat outside the gate/lot while they gathered my personal items. I asked him if I could have pictures he also says no. I worried about this because in my mind this meant my car was messed up or/and everything was gonna be badly handled but to my surprise the stuff wasn’t handled badly; nothing I retrieved was broken. I had some dead flowers from my deceased mom’s memorial service that one guy was very thoughtful of trying not to break. I was given one big garbage bag and I just could not get through looking through the whole bag unless I dumped it out on the ground or something. When I got home and sorted through the stuff I did have some things missing. A perfume, an iPhone dongle, an aux, plastic utensils, a small bottle of lotion and some sticky notes/small papers with notes. Some other things I didn’t get back but don’t really care about it’s my floor mats, my seat covers and my steering wheel cover. I think it was an accident but that same place some of those things were I got some of the things so idk. Im going to try calling tomorrow because reading the reviews it seems like it’s a place where the workers are thieves. It’s unfortunate I signed a paper after loading my stuff to haul away that says I got my items. It’s crazy they make you sign that when you’re not even able to see the car afterwards. This is why it’s better to have ppl gather their own items. I will be coming back for my things and if all works out I’ll update my review and rating. Update: I called the next day and they told me they found my aux, dongle, and all the lotion and stuff. I spoke with Dillon, not sure of the spelling. I was not able to get my stuff before my car was moved to an auction lots hours away from here the next day. I got my car back a week later by appointment. I went to the second location to get my car and the car was terrible. Trash all on the inside, including a full bottle of a hair product, and an empty coffee cup. My seat covers were off and balled up in the car, my car manual was thrown to the floor. My aux chord was in there but my dongle was stolen, my truck clips are all removed/stolen, and they tore my dash cam wire on the inside and broke the dash cam off the back of my car. Had you all let me get my own stuff out I believe nothing would have been stolen or mishandled. I still had things in the car that they did not give me that I did not even realize until I got my car back. I also do not know if it was this place or the second lot but my gps was also ripped out. I already opened a claim for this and have pictures of everything. So the things I did not get back, I did not get back on purpose. Don't trust these thieves.
Worst experience ever, yes it was towed which I take responsibility. When I got there today battery was dead and they tell me my alternator is messed up. My truck had zero issues it is a 2022 and when they towed my truck it had zero issues or engine lights on. The truck would not start told me it needed to be reset. They had to jump my car and than telling me I need to have it re towed somewhere else ! This place is terrible and I had to file a police report because they don’t care. They also stole padres baseball bat, out of my truck filing police report takes for ever but this place is terrible
