We've worked with Xcite for 4yrs; my child was non-verbal until age 6. They provided a lot of resources for myself and my child to regulate. We love them!!
Quality supervision is quite poor ran by micromanagement. Racist vegan eating BCBA's, snobby, stuck up attitude uptight woman who show favoritism and only helps certain RBT's correctly for examinations purposes.
I love the staff! Everyone that my child has worked with has been great. The staff really cares about trying to make a positive impact on the kids & their parents...making sure the kiddos and parents master the skills that they will need to be successful. It's a wonderful place and they do great work. They are knowledgeable, personable and professional. When your dealing with Xcite you know that your kiddo is receiving quality care.
It's hard to find a good program that can accommodate pre-teens/teens with special needs and still be a fun place for them to go. The Adventure Camp my 12yr old (w/autism) attended was a perfect blend of fun, practicing positive social skills and 1:1 mentoring -- and, even better, for making new friends. Love that the programs are personlized and the folks are so friendly. Highly recommend!
