TheraPeds is such an amazing agency and I am so grateful to be a part of the community. The foundation they are built on and the evidence based services they provide is what makes them so stellar. Progress reports are sent home and I never have any issues obtaining information or getting updates. TheraPeds is a life saver and I would highly recommend them.
Our partnership with Therapeds has been life-changing for our program and the children and families we serve, offering exceptional care, support and therapy services that truly have made an impact in the growth and development of every child that we found with a need for services in our program.
I have a granddaughter with autism and TheraPeds is the best in the business for ABA therapy!
The utmost professional, yet warm experience. My 7 year old waited weekly for her therapist session and excelled faster than I thought possible. Highly recommend reaching out to therapeds, you will be met with great care.
As a young mother, trying to navigate a new autism diagnosis for my son, I’d appreciate transparency instead of the run around. I was given TheraPeds information from our provider and advised they offered ABA, speech and OT. When I called, I was asked what my insurance was and told I’d get a call back. I’ve called other ABA providers around town and discovered that my insurance doesn’t provide good reimbursement for ABA to the point that some companies don’t take it because it’s a hassle and they end up paying for patient’s therapies. This is a perfectly OK, transparent thing to tell people. It’s a tool to equip people with so they aren’t left wondering why a company won’t call them back. I called TheraPeds back a week after my initial call. First, my call was sent to voicemail then my call was answered with a terse “hello” I was told “I’ll have the right person call you right back.” That was 30 minutes ago. I completely understand, especially in post-Covid times, the need to keep your business afloat, but I do not understand giving vulnerable parents the runaround, especially in a time when 1/36 kids are diagnosed with autism and every where has a waitlist or is just a dead end. You don’t have to tell people you’ll call them back if you have no intention to. Just be transparent so we can all move on. *The president of TheraPeds responded and took ownership of the experience we had and offered to help us find a place that takes our insurance
