I was extremely overwhelmed when I was told that my little one has torticollis. After several failed attempts to get an initial appointment with a physical therapist, we were told multiple times that our baby has to be on the waitlist from various providers. Not until I find myself and my then 5months old baby at the door of Shining Star Pediatric Therapy, where all our worries were replaced with hopes. We had a wonderful experience at Shining Stars Pediatric Therapy. We came in twice a week seesion and from the very first visit, we felt reassured and supported. A special thanks goes to Ms. Ruchi, our physical therapist, whose warmth, patience, and genuine love for children shone through in every session. She not only provided expert care and tailored exercises to help our baby improve, but also took the time to explain each step so we felt confident continuing the therapy at home. Her gentle approach made our baby feel comfortable and happy, turning what could have been a stressful process into a positive and encouraging journey.
