Nice office , very cordial staff
Great people work in that office. But their staff at their homes needs an overhaul. People are too comfortable "earning" checks and way too eager to run new staff off. Seven people left from the time I was there; and I was there for 6 months. Previously been with mosaic in another town for 4.5 years and I can tell you for sure, 100% it was because of the staff that had already been there before us. Just the most unfortunately unprofessional people you can think of. And what's worse is that don't see anything wrong with their behaviors towards others. It was not a good experience and I was really bummed when I had to swallow what little self respect I had left, and turn my 2 weeks in. Would not recommend for your loved ones to live at these facilities either.
Looking forward to spending many volunteer hours here. These folks do so many great things!
