Lifeworks Autism Services offers clinic-based and in-home services.
Lifeworks Autism Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that individuals with autism spectrum disorder lead healthy and enriched lives through evidence-based clinical services. The agency distinguishes itself by serving both children and adults, with a clinical team of highly trained, degreed, and credentialed staff members including Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians. The organization offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy delivered in clinic-based and home-based settings, along with autism testing, supported living services, prevocational and life skills services, career and employment services, and behavioral health services. Clinic-based services are available with flexible morning and afternoon timeslots, while home-based hours are scheduled based on therapist availability to accommodate individual family needs. Lifeworks serves individuals across the lifespan, distinguishing itself in a service landscape where most autism programs focus exclusively on children and adolescents. The majority of services are funded through various forms of Medicaid, making evidence-based autism care accessible to families in Northeast Ohio. The organization operates from its headquarters in Shaker Heights, Ohio, with multiple service delivery locations throughout the region.

The new front desk lady was absolutely amazing today. She has the best energy I've ever seen in the place and definitely was a great start to my day🫶🏻🥹. She went above and beyond and is truly an amazing person!
My son is starting to develop a relationship with John Stanley. I feel like John is still getting to know Adam. So far no real breakthroughs but am hopeful Adam starts to trust more and open up so that John can assess how best to counsel with him.
Absolutely the best! My therapist has helped me through so much, and the psychiatrist knows exactly the right combination of medication to go along with the psychotherapy that I'm getting! Do you have any kind of psychological condition? I highly recommend working with LifeWorks they will give you the help you need or ! 💯
Very disappointed in LifeWorks. My counselor Ashley C. has been great and would recommend her to anyone however the medication management side has been less than desirable. I took me a couple years to get the courage to seek help outside of family medicine. Since starting at LifeWorks in Aug 24 I’m now asked to find a third medication doctor. But now they only have one medication doctor for three clinics and they are not taking new patients. The whole point of me going to LifeWorks was the ability to have counseling and med management in the same place. I would recommend looking elsewhere for real help with mental health concerns.
Wonderful place. I’ve been a client for over four years and I’ve never been unhappy. Occasionally you do have to call more than once to get the front desk, but considering the volume of calls and the need for mental health care, it’s expected. They’ve always been helpful with scheduling, payment plans, and everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly. My therapist specifically is caring and considerate whilst also being effective. I definitely recommend LifeWorks.
