My kiddos teachers are awesome (for the most part ). I know the community inclusion team add much to our community and that is something I value in a company. The few times I’ve interacted with employees from the PT team, they are always friendly.
Super friendly staff, therapists are great and they really care about the kids. PT intensives and sessions are very well structured and I like that they have exercises lined up every time. The daycare has the most amazing staff I have met, so caring. We went in after getting my kid kicked out from Kiddie Academy in Fisher's landing at 1 year old just because she has Down syndrome (abelist directors). Strive welcomed me with open arms, they gave my kid additional support without me begging for it, they even suggested more support than I was even originally requesting. Everyone knew my kid, when she would leave, everyone waved and called her name. There is not a lot of turnaround, trachers stay. Many teachers there actually going to school to get their degree in early education. As a parting gift, the teacher gave my kid the loveliest letter that showcased how much my kid had impacted her life for the better. I truly recommend this place.
I work near this location, and there has been a little boy sobbing near the gate to the basketball court for over 10 minutes. The only time I saw a teacher walk over to him was after 5 minutes. No consoling the child, just a quick glance after she noticed me and a coworker looking for an adult. This is disgusting to see from a childcare provider.
We are grateful innovative is not too far from us. Our son has been seeing Jessica for PT for months now and she is amazing. Watching his sessions and continual improvement is really motivating. In fact, everyone we’ve dealt with here has been great. Thank you all.
The staff here are very kind for the most part, as for all places of work it varies. Callie runs the show around there relative to visitations, but the best of all the supervisors for visitations would be Doris. She is really kind and funny, and she doesn't just write down everything negative she sees. The building is in tip-top shape, and it is super clean. They even have hand sanitizer holders on the walls everywhere, and every room has cleaner and paper towels. Me and my Dad have visits here, we are allowed to go off campus but we recently have not been able to due to the fact that the place is extremely understaffed, and people will sometimes get sick. They've got movies to watch and games to play, which they have a pretty good selection of too, at least for the young ones. I really enjoy being here, and I'm very appreciative for everyone's kindness who works here.
