I've been taking my son here for a year now and we love it! He has had occupational (feeding) therapy with Miss Emily, Speech therapy with Miss Leah, and Physical Therapy with Miss Ryleigh. All therapists are absolutely wonderful and have done a great job with him! The staff at the front desk is also amazing! Mike and Whitney are super helpful and understanding and very patient and friendly! They love giving stickers to my son after his appointment. 😊 My daughter has come with us a few times during the summer and they have all been great with her as well! Thank you Heartspring for being such a wonderful place for kids!
It was in August 2022 that we transferred my son's OT services over to Heartspring. We had no idea the blessing that would take place over the next 3 years as my son got to work with Emily, or Ms. Emily, as we call her! My son made tremendous gains not only in the skill deficits that brought him into OT but lifelong changes like confidence as well as learning to push through difficult things! Our experience went beyond meeting my son's OT goals. To get the opportunity to work with somebody like Emily was such a joy! The genuine excitement she expresses when your child accomplishes a task that they've been working on and the amount of patience and support she gives, especially during difficult moments for your child, is just what you want to see in someone that works with children. I think another thing that's really special about Emily is that she makes the kids feel seen and understood, which is why I believe that she and my son worked so well together! We just finished up his OT at the beginning of the of this month and while we are sad to not get to see Emily anymore, we appreciate the experience of having worked with her. Having an OT like Emily is definitely a gift we hope other kids and families get to experience, who may need OT services! If we could leave a 10 star review for Ms. Emily, we would because she is the best!
I love my son’s therapist! She has helped him with his speech she was able to tell me the issue and she has giving me things to help him at home in between his speech therapy! My son has improved so much! I appreciate it so much, so my son can live a successful life!
Our son goes every Wednesday for speech therapy and has been working with Carolina. She has been so good with him and he's made a lot of progress the past year. I would definitely recommend others to do the same if their child is needing services.
Staff here at Heartspring are very sweet. Whitney and Michael in front desk must have very good memories to remember the kids’ name. My son have a lot improvement since started here and he loves to plays and learn with his therapist. They’re very patient with him. Very professional and always alert us ahead if session is cancelled.
