Horrific & unkind receptionist: short tempered, sounded agitated that I was sent to the wrong extension. It's really sad that when you're inquiring about services you're met with a short tempered person that speaks over you. To the unkind receptionist that worked 11/3/2025 morning shift, this is not the vocation for you.
My relative was a patient to one of the providers, First of all they did not inform her that they do not accept Mass Health. They realized that after 4 or 5 sessions and wanted us to pay over $600 for the services. How could you schedule an appointment without verifying the insurance details. For the last one month i have sent several emails and made several phone calls but every time i was told that the billing department will call me back but nobody has bothered to contact me, instead they treat to report the matter to credit bureau. Horrible Management and not a trustworthy business. Avoid them if you can
Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was welcoming and immediately put me at ease despite my anxiety. Very comforting environment and very open minded and easy to converse with people throughout. Would 100% recommend without hesitation.
I can’t say enough great things about my therapist Roxanne. I have had the pleasure of meeting with her once a week for a couple of years now. She has helped me in so many ways from work situations, marital and family stuff and even through some tragic losses. I honestly do not know where I would be without her. I have had several therapists in my life and she is by far the best. Extremely professional while also being compassionate, understanding, focused and always full of insight for ways to improve my life. I give her 5 stars. I would also say that Darnella, who schedules, appointments for pain management, is also very good, professional, consistent and courteous. As for the 4 stars, this is in reference to the NP’s who have been prescribing meds, I really think it would be great if Cornerstone could actually keep the same person. Since I have been there, I have had 4 different ones. In fact they just put one of them back into this role again! I would say that this is unprofessional and I do hope cornerstone will do what they can to keep this most recent person! I also thought that when I was tested a couple years ago the psychiatrist was odd and a bit awkward. Let me just close with one final thought. Relationships can be hard, however, the one you have with your therapist should not be! I feel I hit the jackpot with her. I am so blessed and greatful.
He ignores the fact that I had a misdiagnosis in the past, which was from a misdirection a couple of doctors had of some of my symptoms and this had been proven to be the case time and time again for four years. Especially, with medications for the previous diagnosis that did not work on me the way that it should in people who have the previous disorder I was diagnosed with. and yet he still insinuates that I have the previous diagnosis. Neither of these disorders have any bearing on the outcome of the disorder i have been needing to be tested for in my psych evaluation. His own test results show, that both my current disorder and the one I was being, or supposed to have been tested for as agreed upon by both of us, are very apparently codependent within my head. A big problem with him is that he hears you, but he doesn’t listen to you. And he can see it but refuses to take the time to really consider if some of your symptoms coexist and can be shared between two diagnoses. Or if the cause for some symptoms are different to what he automatically just assumes to be the case. He said that I was over reporting my symptoms when all I was doing, was answering the questions asked of me. I was here to explain my situation and what I know about my own brain as openly and thoroughly with both him, and the woman assisting him as well as I could. so that he could assess me seriously for what I was needing to be checked out for when I went there, and he didn’t. I did not come here to put on a performance. Yes he assumed I was going to exaggerate and told me not to, Implying that I would. how on earth was that necessary? he’s incredibly judgmental and quickly dismissive of symptoms. I didn’t get a serious answer for what I was being tested for, or so I was told I would be tested for and what we agreed upon was what I would be tested for. Disappointing. The woman who did tests and explained them with me seems to take this job very seriously and has good bedside manner. He certainly needs the support.
