We've been very blessed having BCBA-Maggie and Vickey working with our son. I'm beyond delighted to share that we've seen such caring, dedicated and compassionate team work with our son. Mr. Rob (CEO) also did a wonderful job in maintaining communication with us at all times. We’ve had the privilege of working with an amazing team of caring and a highly trained professionals.
These people are horrible. Do not send your babies here. My son suffered a concussion due to not being properly cared for. And they also lied and tried to cover up what happen to him.
Here is the thing about Centria: you may get a good ABA or nurse, but the rest of the company acts like your child doesn't matter in the slightest bit other than what they are getting paid for from that child. When my child was mistreated by a nurse nothing was done to that nurse, she was removed from our case and placed immediately with another client (who I happen to know and found out the nurse did the same to her son only 1 shift in). They refuse to send records over to companies when you request the aid of another agency because they don't want to lose your money. We have been with them 5 years and the ONLY reason we stay is because of our one amazing nurse. The rest of the company truly doesn't care about my child and it shows.
So my child never received services. I was on the waitlist for a very long time and when I finally was off I went through their process and had the director come to my home and ask a couple of questions. Once she left I didn’t hear anything for a while. I finally got a call there was a tech available and she just needed to pass testing but got a start date of the end of June. That came and went and it was excuse after excuse and I finally decided to withdraw. I didn’t like that the director kept asking me the same questions over zoom meetings without anything happening for my child. And she also kept emphasizing that the tech should be alone with my daughter. I can understand wanting to keep her focused but I will NEVER leave my child alone with anyone and I’m noticing some other parents saying the same thing. Today I got a bill for over $1,000! How is this possible and my child has not even gotten serviced yet?!
I brought my grandkids, and they had a blast. The volunteers were excellent and very supportive. I love the sensory tables they had. It was my second time going with my older grandson, so I brought the other kids. I really recommend people to attend. You won't be disappointed. The kids will have fun.
