Made appointment and afternoon before appointment I get a call that the therapist's computer is broken so will not be able to see me tomorrow. Told that thearapist will "circle around to make another appointment. Not even told delay to next week.guess that I do not deserve a 24 hour notice that they require themselves and I see how they treat clients. No thanks
This is a chain and they use counselors not real therapists. The counselor suggested to my child that it was their choice for therapy. Totally unprofessional!
Calm and Sense is a wonderful practice and has been an absolute blessing to my family. I have taken my daughter at different periods of time throughout her middle and high school years. The practice is accommodating, warm and flexible and the therapist she worked with was amazing. They take insurance too! Highly recommend.
From my family’s experience, they are more focused on money and keeping their schedules full rather than genuine treatment and care. There were a few good moments, but we ultimately felt like another number or name penciled in their books.
The staff at Calm and Sense Therapy are dedicated to helping clients find serenity, direction and connection in meaningful ways. The practice truly reflects the standards and values of its owner, Rosanne Tobey. You can expect to receive a real and caring focus on helping you work through whatever challenges and suffering you are encountering in your life. I highly recommend the services here!
