not enough training
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at Autism Spectrum Therapies providing 1:1 ABA services for a student at my preschool and they are phenomenal! As a preschool Director, I’ve worked with similar programs in the past and AST is by far the most efficient and professional. From evaluation to service delivery, the entire process was seamless. The team is in constant communication with my staff and the level of collaboration is excellent! Also want to shout out the amazing tech & BCBA they sent over for one specific kiddo. They really matched personality and we’ve seen huge progress in a short amount of time because the team is such a great fit. You can tell their hearts are truly in their work and they show up with a positive, solution-focused attitude every day! Would highly recommend working with them and they will be my first referral in the future!
Hello, How can I get in contact with someone? No ever seems to answer .
DO NOT CHOSE THIS COMPANY. We waited one year and 5 months for them to deny my child direct services. After my child's assessment, Amy the clinical director ordered parent education. I was told he needs parent strategies to help him. This is a child who we reported to them threatening others and having suicidal thoughts and they want parent education? It's all about the money, If I was available to commit to 5 days a week he would have direct services, but because we gave our availability to 2 days a week they can only do "parent based education". Know your rights, do not be fooled. Your child deserves proper treatment. Call your insurance provider and file a complaint if you are treated like this. NO ONE deserves to be treated this way.
They completely when against a court order in favor of one parent and excluded the other parent without even notifying that parent the services started ...
