Tier changes happen from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately so the new tier benefits — verification review, sponsored placement, print inclusion — are unlocked on the next ranking pass. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, so you keep paid benefits through the end of the period you have already purchased. ### What payment methods does ABA Rank accept? All major credit cards and ACH bank transfers are accepted for Verified and Sponsor tier subscriptions. Annual invoicing is available for Sponsor-tier accounts on request. Claimed profiles are free and require no payment method on file. ### Is there a refund policy for Verified or Sponsor listings? Yes. Verified ($400/yr) and Sponsor ($1,200/yr) tiers carry a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, the subscription runs to the end of its annual term.
